Did you know around a third of Americans are obese? The highest obesity rate is in non Hispanic people, around 36.8 percent.

That is not all. Over the last 30 or so years, childhood obesity has doubled. Things are not looking good for the future.

If you are ready to take back control of your life, your weight and your health, you should consider healthy weight loss programs.

The proper ways to lose weight is to

  • Maintain a Body Mass Index, or BMI, or 18.5 to 24.9, which is considered a healthy BMI
  • Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes and eat a healthy, balanced diet

But it is not always as simple as that, is it?

No, because there are other factors that influence weight loss, like stress and your mindset.

Most healthy weight loss programs only go so far. If you want an all encompassing program that will help you lose weight and keep it off for good, visit a weight loss center Boca Raton and set up an appointment.

If you want the supervision of a physician while you are losing the weight, visit a physicians weight loss center Boynton Beach.

These centers can do everything from help with diabetes to support you in reaching your weight goals.

The reason I don’t support most weight loss programs is because they set you up to fail. As soon as you stop paying for their system, the weight comes back.
