Michigan waterfront real estate

If you are moving to Michigan or just looking to upgrade, there are plenty of waterfront homes for sale in Michigan. If you are looking for a mid to high end home, waterfront homes for sale in Michigan are an attractive option that will impress your friends, family, and coworkers. The great thing about Michigan is that, between the Great Lakes and the smaller lakes throughout the state, there are a lot of waterfront properties for you to choose from, so you should be able to find something that works for you.

There are plenty of west Michigan homes for sale right now that have a significant aquatic border. Even without a water border, there are plenty of Holland mi homes for sale within minutes from Lake Michigan and all the recreational activities available there. Holland straddles the border between Ottawa and Allegan Counties and has less than 100,000 people in the area, giving you plenty of neighbors without feeling crowded. Holland is a popular tourist attraction, bringing around a million people to western Michigan every year for Tulip Time, which Reader’s Digest rated as the USA’s best small city festival. Holland is a noteworthy town for other reasons, too. In 1987, a 23 year old student was elected mayor, becoming the city’s youngest ever. The church that started the “What Would Jesus Do?” bracelets is also located in the city.

If you are browsing waterfront homes for sale in Michigan, Holland is a vibrant and interesting community to live in with a comfortable amount of people and a lot of ideally located properties. If Holland does not meet your personal needs, there are lots of waterfront homes for sale in michigan in the surrounding towns and cities if they suit your tastes and needs better. With all these options, there should be something that meets your expectations. Helpful info also found here: www.hollandhomesforsalemi.com

How long are commute times between Holland, its neighbors, and some of the larger cities in Michigan? I’d like a permanent home, rather than just a weekend place, but I need to be able to get to work within a reasonable time each day.
