The water well drilling process can seem very complicated from the outside looking in, however, it’s important to note that out away from society homes need to have a water well.
The first step of the process is a large drill bit is put on the drill and you begin the drilling. The first part of the drilling is done through layers of rock, and the drill works to break up these layers to get deeper.
There is a casing pipe that goes around the drill and it stops groundwater from getting in while drilling is occurring. Once the initial large drill head is taken out the casing pipe is then put into the hole.
As the drilling gets deeper and deeper there are new drill heads that are used to get through the different layers. Water is an important component of drilling. While you are drilling you may have a water tank that pumps water down and lubricates the drill bit.
When you finally hit the water the air in the tube will cause it to shoot up and make it noticeable that you succeeded in your task of creating a water well.
